In 2017, we celebrated 75 years since the manufacture and construction of the first Jelovica prefabricated house. Supplied 2,000 buildings to the largest German partner company.
Supplied the first 4-storey building to Switzerland.
Installed a new line for the manufacture of wooden prefabricated houses.

Supplied our first houses to Switzerland.
Supplied 77 houses for a residential settlement in Connecticut, USA.
Started manufacturing and supplying large-panel wooden prefabricated elements for Germany.
1975-1985
Acquired a job for building large-scale prefabricated buildings in Iraq.
Installed a new technology for the manufacture of small-panel prefabricated buildings.
Jelovica developed the S-type series of wooden prefabricated buildings with a remarkably attractive architecture. In the following 20 years, 3184 buildings of this series were sold in Slovenia.
1963-1974
Construction of the Murgle settlement in Ljubljana by following the latest guidelines of architectural design.
Jelovica receives an award for supplying 200 prefabricated houses to Skopje (Yugoslavia).
1942-1962
Jelovica becomes the leading provider of wooden prefabricated houses with a modern design in Slovenia.
Built a factory for the manufacture of small-panel prefabricated houses.
