The construction of a prefabricated house is approximately four times lighter and flexible than a conventional house, and holds an R.L. of up to 9th degree.
Properly dimensioned wooden construction has extremely high fire safety and can withstand more severe strains than steel and concrete. Wood has a very low heat transfer capacity since it conducts is 300–400-times slower than steel, so with a wooden prefabricated construction, fire is more easily controlled.
When burning, wood creates its own protection in the form of a charred layer, which shields the inner load-bearing core, so the construction’s load-bearing properties are not impaired. An important fact to note also is that no toxic gases are emitted during wood combustion, which are the prevailing cause of death in the case of a fire.
At Jelovica, we install JELOSTRONG Betonyp panels with which we achieve and surpass even the highest standards of fire resistance (F90) in practically all exterior and interior wall elements.
Our systems guarantee
SEISMIC SAFETY
The construction of a prefabricated house is approximately four times lighter and flexible than a conventional house, and holds an R.L. of up to 9th degree.
FIRE SAFETY
Due to the installation of our special Betonyp panels, our individual elements achieve the highest levels of fire resistance – REI90.
SOUND INSULATION
With the installation of Betonyp panels, we also achieve outstanding results in the area of sound insulation, which can absolutely be compared to the conventional construction.
ENERGY EFFICIENCY
Due to our planned development of systemic solutions, we offer individual energy-saving systems that meet the highest requirements of energy-saving wooden construction.
