Planning process
We begin the planning and manufacture process at Jelovica according to the signed agreement and received documentation. Included as part of the planning process is the preparation of the bearing capacity of foundation, positional statics and statics calculations. Next comes the preparation of factory/assembly plans and the manufacture of wooden prefabricated house elements.
Manufacture of elements

Then we store the elements in our factory for usually 3–5 working days before the delivery.

Transport, delivery
The manufacture is followed by the loading of the elements onto arranged semi-trailers and the transport to the building site.
Begin of assembly
In accordance with the delivery date, the assembly begins at 7 am while the assembly schedule is coordinated between JELOVICA, the transport company and the certified assembly team beforehand.
Take-over protocol
After the “rough assembly”, the take-over of wooden prefabricated house elements between the representative assembly team manager and the partner takes place
Finishing the turn-key house
It is important that the partner has their own team or contractual suppliers for the completion of a turn-key project. When selecting a turn-key house, the final customer receives a house into which they can move immediately, with a heating system in place.
