At Jelovica, we guarantee for quality,
which is why many years ago we carefully chose the technology for the manufacture of wooden prefabricated buildings. This allows for a relatively high industrial productivity while at the same time being extremely flexible for the manufacture of technically more complex construction elements for more challenging houses and other buildings.
The quality at Jelovica is not focused solely on technology; we also pay a lot of attention to the manufacture process itself. The process in all manufacture segments also involves controlling the manufactured elements and materials, which are also controlled several times a year by the authorised German control institution FMPA Stuttgart.
Thus, no material is included in the manufacture process without an appropriate certificate, while at the same time, various systems with an installation certificate are also incorporated into wooden prefabricated elements (installation of shades, facade systems …).

Renewable energy sources
100% of production comes from renewable sources, such as solar energy and hydropower.
The annual manufacture capacity of wooden prefabricated houses is approx. 150–200, which creates about 60 employee positions at Jelovica. This means that we almost build one house a day!
