Implementing exclusively glued timber (KVH and BSH)
The frame of the prefabricated house elements consists exclusively of KVH and BSH quality glued laminated timber, which ensures the optimal dimensional stability. Such timber is composed of laminated finger-jointed elements and glued with eco-friendly adhesives without emissions.
The secret of stability of panels manufactured in this way lies in gluing together several elements with different tensions. An individual lamella (element) outdoors would bend in a certain direction. By gluing several of these elements together, they form the whole of these tensions which nullify each other.
JELOSTRONG cement-bonded panels
Back in 1997, Jelovica developed the technology of fitting JELOSTRONG cement-bonded plaster panels with exceptional characteristics. The panels are distinguished by their remarkable solidity, they are non-combustible, sound insulating, accumulative, completely resistant to moisture, water and mould, and vapour permeable.
We can therefore affirm that JELOSTRONG cement-bonded plaster panels installed by Jelovica are unmatched on the wooden prefabricated construction market!
